The super queens are here, squirrel friends. And since we know them already, it saves us a lot of time getting to know them and their quirks.
Trinity Taylor is now Trinity the Tuck. Naomi Smalls (and a few others) has her lips done. Monet X Change is still wringing the sponges for every last drop. Gia Gunn is now a proud transgender woman — and also quickly establishes herself as the season’s shadiest queen.
It’s presented as a surprise but Latrice Royale and Manila Luzon, two of the original All Stars, are here.
We get right to it with the mini-challenge. The library is open!
Farrah’s reads were just as bad as her roast performance.
Latrice wins but Valentina also has a good showing.
The main challenge was an All Star Spangled Variety Show for LGBTQ veterans and active service people.
Naomi shows off her runway walk, lip syncs an original song and has a wonderfully weird wig reveal. Manila creates an upside down painting and has a costume reveal.
Latrice gives us dancing diva. Valentina plays on her mask fiasco and shimmies through an energetic lip sync. Gia’s kabuki is fine. But what else?
Monique Heart debuts original song “Brown Cow Stunning” — and it lands her in the top.
Trinity is smart to go the comedy route with a tucking lesson.
Monet barely misses the bottom with her original song about — surprise — sponges. That also includes — surprise — a fake death drop.
That leaves Farrah and Jasmine in the bottom. Farrah for a decent burlesque number that falls apart when she takes a tumble onstage.
She breaks into tears backstage, which annoys everyone and seems like it might seal her fate.
Jasmine joins her for a stand up routine that’s unrehearsed and unfunny, despite warnings from the other girls to prepare something. Backstage, Jasmine is nonchalant about it all.
Monique rips off her wig during the lip sync, an automatic lose.
Trinity takes the win and sends Jasmine packing. But don’t worry about her. She’s got her jush.
